This is an introduction to tantra class. Embrace self-love and acceptance through guided experiences and discussions. Practice making EVERY moment of your life more joyful/fulfilling!! Every step of the process is by your consent only. Use what works for you. Every part of the physical touch of the somatic offerings are optional and with your consent every step of the way. This is a safe, nonjudgemental space. Safety is key. Consent is key.
