Service Description

Our healing darkness retreat offers a sanctuary for interior exploration, providing a space for transformation and growth. Let go of stress and connect with your inner self in a nurturing and supportive environment. Darkness is an ancient method empowering, cleansing, allowing access to deep clarity. When one is in complete darkness for 72 hours or more the body produces it's own dimethyltriptamine (DMT). In addition to encouraging a close deep connection with higher and deep Self with DMT, the interior light that is produced is quite spectacular. Heighten one’s senses other than sight with this extreme but refreshing experience. Join us for a journey towards holistic well-being and personal empowerment. Embark on a path of self-discovery and renewal at darkness retreat. -Once you check-in, you will have a period of time to familiarize yourself with the room layout. All meals (2 per day) are served through a compartment that is protected to minimize light accidents. -We hope you will find the space comfortable.

You will receive the studio/sanctuary address once your booking is purchased. You understand your health is your responsibility. Darkness Retreat

DMT (dimethyltriptamine) is the main active ingredient in ayahuasca. At around the 72 hr mark in sacred darkness the body releases small amounts of it's own (endogenous) DMT.
